These are the submission requirements:
- A close up photo of the mouth.
- A full face photo.
- A quick summary of dental problems (2-3 sentences).
- A paragraph about the veteran, the branch they served in and why they deserve this giveaway.
- An explanation of how you know the veteran if you are submitting an application for someone else.
- ○ Email, phone number, and any other contact information we will need to get a hold of you.
- Selection Process: Our team will carefully review all entries and select the most compelling and deserving story that resonates with our mission to give back to our veterans.
- Smile Makeover: The selected veteran will undergo a comprehensive smile makeover, which may include procedures such as teeth whitening, dental implants, veneers, crowns and bridges, or other treatments tailored to their unique needs. Our experienced dental professionals will work closely with the winner to create a personalized treatment plan.
- Announcement: We will announce the selected veteran on November 10, 2023, as a tribute to their service and sacrifice. Their journey toward a new smile will be documented and shared with our community.
- Community Involvement: We encourage everyone to join us in celebrating our veterans by sharing their own messages of appreciation and support on social media using the hashtag #SmileForVeterans.
- Deadline: All entries must be submitted by November 7th, 2023.
